“Service and enforcement are the two pillars that make justice and fairness a tangible reality.”

With no dedicated code for service and enforcement, and procedures scattered across many laws, the book brings together the rules that govern both operations. The fruit of thirty years in the field, it is written for anyone interested in the judicial and legal world.

What does a judicial officer do?

An officer of the court, the judicial officer serves summons, judgments and documents, enforces rulings and enforceable titles, draws up official reports of findings and serves formal notices. Every act is recorded in an official report.

I won a judgment — how do I enforce it?

Contact the office with a copy of the judgment and, if available, proof that it was served. We explain the steps — service, then enforcement — and carry out the acts within the office's competence, keeping you informed at each stage.

Can I request an official report without going to court?

Yes. The judicial officer can record purely factual findings, free of any opinion, at the request of the party concerned; they can also be ordered by a judge. The report can later be filed in court.

Which documents should I prepare?

Depending on the act: the judgment, title or document to be served, the other party's exact address, a copy of your ID card and any document from earlier proceedings.

How are fees set?

According to the type of act and the regulated tariff of the profession. They are clearly stated before any action is taken.

Can I make my request remotely?

Yes. Send copies of your documents via WhatsApp or e-mail for an initial review; we will then tell you which originals or additional documents are needed.
